Send us your request through the quote form, email or WhatsApp: product type, logo, colors, estimated quantity and when you need the goods. We talk with you to understand your brand, your market and how the product will be sold, then send a preliminary quote and suitable options.
Design & R&D
Turning your idea into a tech pack.
Our team builds the technical design: shape, fabric, colors, logo placement and decoration method (embroidery, print, patches, woven labels), closures and inside labels. If you don’t have a finished design yet, we suggest options based on how the product will be used and your budget.
Sampling
A real sample, made to your design.
Our craftspeople make a real sample based on the approved design, using the same materials and techniques planned for production. We send you photos or a video first, then ship the physical sample if you need it.
Sample approval
We refine until it’s right.
You review the shape, colors, logo and finishing details. We make changes and re-sample if needed. Once you approve, that sample becomes the standard for production and for checking the whole order.
Production & QC
Full production, checked at every stage.
After the order is confirmed, we prepare materials and produce to the approved sample. Products are checked during sewing and before packing: stitching, colors, logo placement and clarity, closures and labels. You get progress updates with real photos from our workshop.
Packing & shipping
Packed with care, shipped on time.
Goods are packed to your requirements (bags, tags, carton labels) to protect their shape in transit. We coordinate with you or your forwarder for delivery and share shipping documents and tracking details.
